Twin Towers Anniversary

The  fall  of  the  twin  towers

 Was  it  all  by  Foreign  Powers?

 First  plane  crashes

 Later  nothing  but  ashes

 Second  plane  hits

 Blown  to  bits

 Third  plane  in  D.C.

 Everyone  had  to  flee

 Fourth  one  what  a  price

 Their  lives  they  did sacrifice

 Anniversaries  should  be  fun

 But  9-11  not  this  one

 Why  do  we  remember  this  date?

 History  books  will  tell  the  awful  fate

 So  many  loved  ones  taken  this  day

 But  why  we ask  was  it  this  way?

 These  questions  we  ask

 Answers  to  them, quite  a  task

 To  the  survivors  we  give  a prayer

 9-11, just  not  fare 

 In  memory  of  all  the  lost  loved  ones

 not  an  easy  poem  to  write
